Shipping
Starting Green ships UPS to all fifty states but does not ship internationally at this time. All deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A confirmation email and number will help you track your order by UPS.com. Orders are processed inside 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received. Our standard ground shipping cost is a flat $8.00.
Starting Green will make every effort to make your shipping experience easy and enjoyable.
Orders shipped UPS ground will be delivered 7-10 days after we have processed your order.
3-Day Select: $19.00
These orders shipped UPS 3-Day Select will be delivered 3-days after process.
2-Day Air: $23.00
These orders will be shipped UPS 2-Day will be delivered 2 days after we process.
Next Day Air: $48.00
All orders shipped UPS next day air will be shipped the day after we process them.
Out Of Stock/Sold Out
Unfortunately many styles may become out of stock or sold out. We will inform you by email if this should occur. We will not charge your credit card or ship your order.
Return Policy
Starting Green knows many sizes don’t always work out and although we don’t exchange items, we will give you a store credit. All returns must be within a 30-day period. Returned items must have original tags and be in a clean unused condition. You will receive a store credit on items that are out of stock or discontinued. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list, so we can expedite your return quickly.
